Beware of sycophants, Bishop cautions Buhari

Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Egbu, Rt.Rev. Geoffrey Okorafor has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to display unqualified wisdom in the administration of the country.

The cleric also advised the president to intensify efforts in the diversification of the national economy by developing the agricultural and solid mineral sectors.Okorafor gave the advice in his Presidential address at the second session of the seventh synod of the Diocese at Emmanuel Anglican Church, Amorie, Obibiezena , Owerri  North  local government, Imo State.While commending the President’s speech on the Independence day concerning the policy thrust of his government over harnessing the nation’ solid mineral resources, he called for sincerity in the implementation  to avoid making a mess of the policy by those corrupt individuals parading themselves  as miners.The Anglican Prelate cautioned the President to be mindful of sycophants, who may clothe themselves as his confidants stressing that some of the people who are eulogising today would still be…
